This week was also rather hectic.. Stressful, even.. Extremely stressful, actually. But alas, I still got my work done! And on time! I did things well, and I did them proudly!
So, let me show you what I did!
I watched a couple of good radio shows while I did my morning makeup this week, and boy, were a lot of them good! I wrote a reflection on my favorite radio show experience in my blog post “Radio Listen“. I also write about my experience listening to my own radio show with an audience in this post, so it’s worth looking at.
Remember those story outlines from a few weeks ago? Yeah, it’s about time for an update. I got the chance to blog about some potential final project ideas and how I might approach creating my narrative in my blog post “Project Ideas“. There’s a few good ideas in there, even one I’m really considering doing.
Ah, yes! My favorite part! The Daily Creates! I did three good daily creates this week, and even managed to connect them all into a story! My blog post “A Prisoner’s Story” goes into detail about how I connected all of my Daily Creates to make a story about a man who purposely loses the basketball game of the century, gets sent to prison for a million years because of it, and becomes a “reverse” poet for the rest of his life there. It’s interesting, I swear!
Here are my Daily Creates, by the way. I’m actually really happy with how they turned out.
Hehe.. I had a lot of fun making them.
I also got the chance to work on my design skills again, which I’ve been meaning to get back to! In my blogpost “DS106 Rework“, I chose two old assignments of my choice (design assignments, since I really need to work on that…) and I got to remix them into something much better and more detailed!
I’m really glad that this week was a bit of an “easier” week. I really needed it. I’ve been struggling quite a bit with school and home, and stuff is really just catching up to me. But I’ll get better, I swear!
Thanks for listening, anyways. DS106 4LYFE.
